plastic fork

i used to make sandwiches to bring in, or buy them from around the corner. but a while ago they put a microwave in the staff kitchen, so i started to bring my lunch into work. generally it is last night’s leftovers, but sometimes I intentionally cook extra so that I have something to eat for lunch for the rest of the week. i eat lunch with the same plastic fork that has been in my desk draw for two years.
